The story

This is a very old piece of wood that our guide had passed to him from his mother. The chopping/bread board has a number of worm holes and was dented badly. Upon cutting the true beauty emerged.

On the lathe

Lovely to turn and the colour is only revealed on the lathe. Treated with simple products as the wood does the talking
